Westinghouse Electric Company in Monfalcone, Italy, seeks an Asset Manager to lead maintenance of shop equipment such as welding machines, robots, milling machines and lathes. You will coordinate a team of maintenance operators on shift to ensure workshop continuity and report to the Site Leader.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor in Engineering and 8+ years in operations, maintenance and safety, with TPM and 5S experience, plus execution and cross-functional coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field.
• 8+ years of Operations, Maintenance, Safety experience.
• Experience in TPM, 5S programs implementation.
• Execution leadership experience.
• Cross-functional coordination.
• Intermediate English competency at B1

Mansioni

• Provide direct leadership to the team of maintenance operators.
• Review Maintenance standards for shop equipment.
• Define the maintenance plan for the different equipment.
• Assess spare parts availability and define related stock levels.
• Define investments needs to maintain and growth the workshop equipment at state-of-the-art level.
• Define skill matrix for maintenance operators to increase competencies in critical assets.
• Manage external specialized companies for critical assets
