Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone, Italy, is seeking an Asset Manager to lead maintenance of shop equipment, coordinate a shift-based team, and define maintenance plans leveraging internal and external capabilities to keep equipment at state-of-the-art levels.

You will report to the Site Leader and manage a team of 8 on-site, ensuring workshop continuity and safety while driving investments in critical assets and skills development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field.
• 8+ years of Operations, Maintenance, Safety experience.
• Experience in TPM and 5S programs implementation.
• Execution leadership experience.
• Cross-functional coordination across teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1).

Mansioni

• Provide direct leadership to the team of maintenance operators.
• Review maintenance standards for shop equipment.
• Define the maintenance plan for the different equipment.
• Assess critical spare parts availability and set stock levels.
• Define investments to maintain and grow workshop equipment.
• Define skill matrix for maintenance operators to increase competencies.
• Manage external specialized companies for critical assets.
