Nadara is seeking an Asset Compliance Trainee to support Compliance and Site Managers in Milano (Martesana). You will help ensure renewable assets operate safely and efficiently, assist with financial processes, compliance requirements, and cross‑functional reporting.

The role emphasizes asset management, data analysis, and collaboration across teams to deliver accurate quarterly and annual reports in IFRS context. This is a 6‑month internship with a monthly stipend and ticket restaurant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or similar) or Industrial Organization.
• Additional education or exposure to economics, finance or asset management is a plus.
• Duration: 6 Months
• Salary: 800 Euros a month + Ticket Restaurant

Aufgaben

• Support compliance tracker for timeline of deliverables.
• Assist project onboarding, including set-up of document repository on SharePoint and reporting.
• Maintain and update permits tracker, obligations register, and documental archive for each asset.
• Track and coordinate with contractors and vendors for work orders and completion in compliance with service agreements.
• Support reporting including monthly, quarterly, annual performance reports, corporate ESG sustainability reports, operational data submissions to government agencies.
• Assist IFRS-based quarterly reports and year-end accounting.
