Job summary

Nadara Italy SpA is seeking an Asset Optimisation intern to support performance improvement initiatives for a multi-cultural team. Based in Milan, you will collaborate with colleagues in Portugal, Spain and the UK, using wind engineering software and engaging with various teams to maximise asset life and performance.

You will assist in business cases, KPI evaluations, and project activities while developing coding and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Coding experience and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of performance improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate KPIs (production, availability, wind resource) for asset performance.
• Assist with business cases for new initiatives.
• Engage with European colleagues across functions (HSE, Asset Management, Procurement, Education).
• Assist in data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in project management activities and learning.

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking an Asset Optimisation intern to join our team, to support the development and delivery of performance improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to see how a multi-cultural team works. You will be based in the Milan office but work closely with colleagues abroad mainly in Portugal, Spain and the UK. Nadara has a vast fleet composed of turbines of all sizes and ages, you will play a key role in exploring innovative ways to enhance our assets to ensure we make the most out of their life. You will sit in our Asset Optimisation team, using bespoke wind engineering software and engaging with professionals in the industry.

Job Description:

• Supporting the development and delivery of a Nadara priority project involving installing aerodynamic upgrade furniture on wind turbines throughout our fleet
• Work on business cases for new Performance Improvement initiatives
• Evaluate KPIs such as production, availability and wind resource to ensure optimal performance of our assets and establish methods to enhance production
• Engaging with European colleagues throughout the business including HSE, Asset Management, Business Development, Procurement Education & experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular good knowledge in Excel
• Great problem solving, time management and effective communication
