Job summary

Nadara Italy SpA is seeking an Asset Compliance Trainee to support Compliance Managers and Site Managers in Milano, focusing on renewable assets' compliant operation. The role covers financial processes, reporting, and interaction with O&M providers, helping ensure safety and efficiency.

The 6-month internship offers exposure to IFRS reporting, budgeting, and governance activities, with training in ERP and data tools. Ticket Restaurant included, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Organization.
• Additional education or exposure to economics, finance or asset management is a plus.
• Interest in sustainability and asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance trackers and project onboarding.
• Maintain permits tracker and obligations register.
• Coordinate with contractors for work orders.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, annual reports and ESG data.
• Support OPEX budgeting and service contracts.
• Assist audits and year-end financial statements.
• Collaborate with O&M and local communities.
