Alpitronic Srl in Bolzano seeks an experienced technician for independent execution of testing or assembly tasks in a fast-paced production environment. You will manage non-conformities, record results, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure continuous operations.

The role requires a technical high school diploma, strong IT skills, and the ability to work in shifts. Italian is mandatory with German/English a plus, offering an innovative, high-tech setting in the e-mobility sector.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent execution of activities in compliance with procedures (work instructions / Lifecycle) in the testing or assembly department
• Management of non-conformities and recording of test results in digital systems
• Error analysis and troubleshooting of production issues to ensure production continuity
• Training and mentoring of production personnel on technical procedures and process changes
• Preparation and continuous updating of product assembly instructions
• Implementation of improvement proposals to increase the efficiency and performance of production equipment
• Providing independent feedback to the Supervisor regarding optimization opportunities, hazardous situations, and potential occupational health and safety risks
• Active contribution to maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Technical high school diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
• Excellent knowledge of Italian; knowledge of German and/or English is considered a plus
• Good IT skills and confidence in using a PC
• Willingness to work in shifts

• Total compensation starting from €33,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
