Valmet is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead the internal assembly and line-up of tissue converting machines in Lucca. You will plan resources, coordinate technicians, and ensure safety and quality while meeting project deadlines.

You will work closely with testing, engineering, planning, purchasing, quality, and project management teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Italian communication are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of assembly and testing experience in tissue converting machines; knowledge of different technologies is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a large team in a job shop production environment.
• Advanced English and Italian proficiency.
