Job summary

Valtecne S.p.A. cerca un Senior Manufacturing Engineer per potenziare l'Ufficio Tecnico nello stabilimento di Berbenno di Valtellina.

Il candidato lavorerà a fianco del team di produzione e controllo qualità per progettare soluzioni tecniche innovative e ottimizzare i processi di produzione. Si richiede laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, almeno 3 anni di esperienza in lavorazioni meccaniche, analisi di dati numerici e buone competenze in CAD/CAM; ottima padronanza dell'inglese (minimo B1).

Qualifications

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica.
• Capacità di analizzare dati numerici e preparare report tecnici.
• Conoscenza di CAD/CAM considerata un plus.
• Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (minimo B1).
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in lavorazioni meccaniche e conoscenza delle strategie di lavorazione.

Responsibilities

• Progettare e ottimizzare soluzioni tecniche innovative per la produzione dei principali prodotti.
• Collaborare con il team di produzione composto da utensisti altamente qualificati.
• Supportare il Dipartimento Controllo Qualità per garantire conformità e mantenere elevati standard.
• Condurre analisi di fattibilità e preparare stime di costo in coordinamento con il Sales.
• Contribuire attivamente alle attività di Ricerca e Sviluppo proponendo idee e approcci innovativi.

Posizione:

For our site in Berbenno di Valtellina (SO), Italy, we are looking for a:

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The successful candidate will join the company's Technical Department and, reporting to the Department Manager, will be responsible for:

• Designing and optimizing innovative technical solutions for the manufacturing of key products;
• Collaborating with the production team, consisting of highly skilled toolmakers;
• Supporting the Quality Control Department to ensure compliance with requirements and maintain high standards of excellence;
• Conducting feasibility analyses and preparing cost estimates for new products in coordination with the Sales Department;
• Actively contributing to Research and Development activities by proposing innovative ideas and approaches.

Requisiti:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Ability to analyze numerical data and prepare technical reports;
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM programming software will be considered a plus;
• Excellent command of English (at least B1 level);
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical machining and knowledge of machining strategies for material removal processes will be considered an advantage.

We offer an employment contract and a compensation package based on the candidate's experience and skills, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €35,000 to €45,000.

Work location : Berbenno di Valtellina (SO), Italy

Working hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week.
