Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in Milan North is seeking a Town Merchandiser to lead visual merchandising across multiple stores. You will mentor the visual team, implement VM guidelines, and collaborate with Retail to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• VM experience and Retail Management experience preferred.
• Strong Leadership and Time Management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Driving license is essential.
• Willing to travel to assist with new store openings.

Responsibilities

• Showcase up and coming trends through product in store to maximise sales.
• Implement weekly VM pack guidelines in store where applicable.
• Refresh packages to showcase best-selling product as well as new styles to the business.
• Update window displays weekly to show the consumer the latest on trend, best-selling product of the week.
• Analyse sales figures to ensure store layout is commercially correct.
• Support Area Visual Manager with any area information as and when needed.
• Co-Head shop-fits for progression purposes as and when needed to do so.
• Effectively execute new window displays when new campaigns launch.
• Build excellent communication with Store Managers and In-Store teams as well as area teams.
