Amaris Consulting is seeking an Application Specialist for Milan or Turin to join our Information System & Digital teams. You will implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications, customize settings, and support upgrades to ensure seamless business processes.

You will diagnose issues, monitor performance, and adhere to SLAs while collaborating in a dynamic, international environment. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or IT, has 5+ years in application support,

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in application support, administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) and system administration.
• Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italian at B2 level.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience with data management, APIs, or application testing.
• Availability to go to the office once a week.

Mansioni

• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements.
• Customize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions to align with business needs and best practices.
• Support application upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature deployments.
• Maintain application configuration documentation, system specifications, and support procedures.
• Provide advanced technical support for business-critical applications, including Level III post-implementation support.
• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues to minimize business disruption.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem-resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and system health to identify issues.
