Amaris Consulting is seeking an Application Specialist to join our international Information System & Digital team. Based in Milan or Turin, you will act as a technical and functional expert for enterprise applications, collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimise business processes.

You will manage configurations, support upgrades, and provide advanced post‑implementation support while ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in application support or administration.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM and SaaS platforms; strong sysadmin skills.
• English C1 and Italian B2 language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Build trust with clients and understand their challenges.
• Implement, configure and maintain enterprise applications.
• Customize settings, workflows, roles, and permissions.
• Support upgrades, releases, patches and new features.
• Maintain documentation and support procedures.
• Provide Level III post-implementation support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to minimise disruption.
• Manage incidents and SLAs; monitor performance.
• Attend the office once a week as needed.
