Job summary

Enterprise Studio by HCL seeks an APM Consultant to implement Broadcom CA DX APM at customer sites or SaaS, document deployments, and ensure smooth operations. You will work with customers to identify improvements, deliver roadmaps, and provide knowledge transfer in Italian and English.

The role requires 1-3+ years in IT consulting, strong DX APM experience, and programming language knowledge. On-site activity in Rome with potential travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

We solve large organizations challenges with distributed digital infrastructure, clouds and heterogenous environments, from Business Planning to Operations & Monitoring through Agile Management and Execution, Test and Quality Assurance, Automation & Orchestration.

CA DX APM (Application Performance Management) solution is the solution provided by Broadcom for in-depth monitoring of applications. It can be either deployed on-premise or used in SaaS.

As an APM Consultant, you will implement the solution, document it, and make sure it keeps up and running. By working closely with customers, you will also identify areas of improvement, propose enhancements, implement those, track progress as to their implementation and report adequately to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• 1-3+ years of IT experience as a technical specialist, or consultant in customer-facing roles;
• Strong experience in implementing DX APM at customers or in SaaS;
• Experience in programming languages;
• Possibly experience in implementing Broadcom DX NetOps;
• Written and verbal communication skills, both Italian and English;

Skill Requirements

• Consulting professional experience;
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON;
• Knowledge of containers, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of at least one Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).
