Job summary

Amazon is offering an internship in Business Analysis in Milan. You will build, test, and learn on real data projects that impact business efficiency, partnering with experienced analysts and mentors from across geographies.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, root cause investigations, and dashboard development while contributing to meaningful business outcomes in a fast-paced global setting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at C1 level or above required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, vlookup, VBA, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL required.
• Currently in penultimate or final year pursuing a related degree.
• Willing to commit to 40 hours/week for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Test analytical and technical skills on projects in a learning internship environment.
• Partner with teams across geographies to build collaborative relationships.
• Take ownership of data analysis projects with mentoring guidance.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Lead root cause analyses for assigned projects with team collaboration.
• Assist in developing business cases for new programs and initiatives.
• Maintain and improve performance dashboards and learn advanced visualization techniques.
