Amazon is seeking a driven Account Representative Intern in Milan to support vendor managers and cross-functional teams across retail, advertising, and merchant services. You will work from customer inputs to identify growth opportunities, analyze market data, and help deliver business improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The program includes real responsibilities from day one, with learning sessions, networking, and potential graduate opportunities.

Competenze

• Currently in final year and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Engineering, Commerce, Business administration or similar field.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Strong direct sales skills and a proven track record of performance.

Mansioni

• Work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow brands and improve their performance across Amazon's retail categories.
• Support vendor managers and cross-functional teams to deliver business growth across in-stock, marketing, and category teams.
• Build understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value delivered through retail, advertising, or merchant services.
• Identify target accounts using market data and learn the advertising or merchant services portfolio.
• Collect, analyse, and review data to develop analytical and problem-solving skills and insights for business improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools across the business.
• Work with product teams and technical support teams to implement improvement projects.
