Coloplast is seeking a Commercial Development Analyst in Bologna, Italy. The role drives data-to-insight processes, builds dashboards, and supports KPI reporting to guide commercial decisions.

You will transform raw data into reliable segmentation, performance analyses, and actionable insights, collaborating with the BI function and Sales teams to optimize commercial impact. Smart working up to 3 days a week is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business with high performance
• 3+ years in analytically driven roles such as Commercial Excellence or Sales Operations
• Experience with CRM systems and data quality management is a plus

Mansioni

• Develop trackers, reports and dashboards for KPI performance.
• Support KPI target setting and segmentation cycles using Sales Force Effectiveness principles.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM and reporting sources.
• Partner with the Commercial Development team, especially the BI function, to build dashboards and trackers for performance KPIs.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the Sales organization.
• Present findings clearly and translate data into actionable insights.
