Descrizione del lavoro

Lexroom in Milan is seeking a senior software engineer to join a four-to-five person squad with a product manager and a designer. You will own the technical decisions for what the squad ships, implement them in production, and help engineers around you improve their craft.

You will work across the full stack, deep on one side and fluent on the other. If you’re a strong backend engineer who has never touched React, or a strong frontend engineer who has never written Python, we hire for judgment

Competenze

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least one end-to-end system.
Shipped and operated systems that real users depended on, with hard lessons from outages.
Use of AI coding tools daily (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and ability to explain missteps.
Ability to review others’ code and help teams improve through feedback.

Mansioni

Make technical decisions for the squad's scope and own them in production.
Ship features across the full stack with both backend and frontend responsibilities.
Mentor teammates and help raise the overall engineering bar.
