Satispay is hiring a Data Analyst - Analytics Engineering to lead data architecture, AI-powered workflows, and scalable data assets. You will build dashboards, drive decision-making, and partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product to maximise ROI while owning testing and experimentation.

The role sits in Growth & Marketing Analytics, focusing on a data-mesh strategy and self-service insights for stakeholders across the company. Hybrid work and a competitive salary are offered.

Competenze

• 5+ years in data-related roles with at least 3 years in high-volume/big data environments.
• Strong command of SQL, dbt, and Python; Git and notebook analytics (e.g., Jupyter) a plus.
• Hands-on data modelling, ETL, data governance, and Data Mesh at scale.
• AI tools daily use for analytics, automation, and business cases; Claude a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to handle ambiguity.
• Stakeholder management and clear technical communication across teams.
• Understanding of digital consumer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, churn).

Mansioni

• Lead design data architecture and build scalable data models and pipelines.
• Define AI agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration.
• Develop dashboards/reports using Hex or Looker to communicate insights.
• Analyze datasets to optimize the consumer funnel and ROI with Marketing.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product as a strategic liaison.
• Own end-to-end testing pipeline, design experiments, and deliver recommendations.
