Nestlé S.A. in Milano is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Specialist to manage and grow online retail accounts, focusing on Amazon and other strategic e-retailers for brand lines such as Solgar, Vital Proteins and Meritene.
You will drive digital shelf initiatives, content optimization and performance analysis to deliver sustainable growth. The role collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Media and eBusiness teams to maximize visibility, availability and conversion across online
Competenze
- At least 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Online Sales.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong knowledge of the digital and eCommerce ecosystem, customer engagement and online retail dynamics.
Mansioni
- Support day-to-day management of Amazon and key eCommerce customers.
- Coordinate purchase orders with Supply Chain to ensure availability.
- Execute Amazon's calendar including Prime Day and Black Friday promotions.
- Monitor sales and eCommerce KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve Digital Shelf, content quality and online discoverability.
- Optimize PDPs, SEO titles and product content to boost conversion.
- Collaborate with Media & Search to maximise campaign impact.
- Track assortment and stock levels across platforms.
- Analyze results and forecasts to suggest actions.
- Work with cross-functional teams for flawless execution.
