SITA is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant to lead advisory on airport management systems within our Delivery and Implementation Team. You will analyze client processes, design improvements, train superusers, and coordinate integration with SITA software across client environments.

The role requires up to 30% travel to customer sites and a strong track record in IT/telecom consultancy. A degree in business, engineering, or information systems is preferred, with PM or BA qualifications

Competenze

• Business or IT/Engineering degree required or equivalent experience.
• Business Analysis qualification preferred.
• Project Management qualification preferred.

Mansioni

• Work with customers to provide consultancy services and advice to resolve key business issues within field of expertise.
• Consultancy activities include capturing and prioritizing customer needs and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop and run structured client workshops and manage activities to enable full realization of consultancy benefits.
• Configure the SITA software according to business needs and technical requirements.
• Act as bridge between customer and Product Management to evolve SITA products.
• Deliver as part of the delivery team; build trusted customer relationships and provide feedback to the client.
• Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the SITA Sales Force.
• Execute consulting methodology and ensure quality in line with standards.
• Keep current with new technologies and industry trends.
