La posizione prevede turni rotativi AM/PM, supervisione di caricatori, conformità alle procedure UPS e agli standard di sicurezza, e opportunità di crescita in un’organizzazione globale.

Formación

• Forti abilità nel problem solving e nel prendere decisioni.

Responsabilidades

• Gestione e supervisione di un team di caricatori per operazioni sicure ed efficienti.
• Monitoraggio del carico di container e veicoli di alimentazione per mantenere standard elevati.
• Conformità alle procedure UPS, requisiti di sicurezza e normative.
• Coordinazione di fornitori esterni per garantire continuità e servizio.
• Preparazione di report di turno e documentazione operativa usando sistemi UPS e Office.
• Identificazione e risoluzione di problemi operativi supportando miglioramenti continui.

Job Description:

Join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment where operational excellence, leadership, and problem-solving drive success. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in managing warehouse operations and supervising external service providers within a critical air cargo network.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our operations team, you will work within our warehouse facility, overseeing the handling and movement of air freight volumes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising a team of package loaders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Monitoring the loading of containers and feeder vehicles to maintain the highest standards of quality and operational performance.
• Ensuring full compliance with UPS operational procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Managing and coordinating external service providers to guarantee service excellence and operational continuity.
• Preparing shift reports and operational documentation using UPS proprietary systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues proactively while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

Depending on operational requirements, you may also be involved in:

• Customs discrepancy management and resolution.
• Load quality inspections and compliance checks.
• Ground feeder dispatch coordination and monitoring.
• Real-time operational decision-making to support network performance and service commitments.

Working Schedule

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern with bi-weekly AM/PM rotation:

• AM Shift: Approximately 04:30 - 08:30
• PM Shift: Approximately 18:30 - 22:30
