A global logistics company located in Italy, Lazio, Fiumicino is seeking a motivated individual to supervise operations within the warehouse. Responsibilities include managing a team of package loaders, ensuring compliance with standards, and addressing customs discrepancies. Candidates must possess problem-solving skills, fluent English, and knowledge of PC applications such as Excel and Word. This is a permanent position with a bi-weekly shift rotation in the mornings and evenings.

Competenze

• Experience in warehouse supervision.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Mansioni

• Manage sort operation and supervise Outside Service Providers.
• Supervise a team of package loaders and monitor adherence to standards.
• Complete shift reports using proprietary systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Coordinate ground feeder dispatch and two-shift operations.

Job Description

Sort operation managing and Outside Service Provider supervision. The Candidate will work into our warehouse where containers and sprinters are loaded with air volume. He / She will be responsible for the supervision of a team of package loaders, control of adherence to UPS and regulatory standards, completion of shift reports through UPS proprietary systems as well as standards Microsoft Office software applications.

Additional duties will be according to the shift need including but not limited to:

• Customs discrepancies resolution and managing
• Load Quality control
• Ground feeder dispatch

Qualifications

The candidate will work into two different shift ( AM/PM ) with bi-weekly rotation. Operation hours will be approximately between 04:30 - 08:30 in the AM Shift and 19:30-23:30 in the PM shift.
