Responsabilidades

• Guidare e supervisionare un team di caricatori per operazioni sicure ed efficienti.
• Monitorare il carico di container e veicoli feeder per mantenere elevati standard operativi.
• Garantire conformità alle procedure UPS, alle normative di sicurezza e agli standard di qualità.
• Gestire e coordinare fornitori esterni per garantire eccellenza operativa.
• Preparare shift report e documentazione operativa utilizzando sistemi UPS e MS Office.

Job Description

Join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment where operational excellence, leadership, and problem-solving drive success. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in managing warehouse operations and supervising external service providers within a critical air cargo network.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising a team of package loaders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Monitoring the loading of containers and feeder vehicles to maintain the highest standards of quality and operational performance.
• Ensuring full compliance with UPS operational procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Managing and coordinating external service providers to guarantee service excellence and operational continuity.
• Preparing shift reports and operational documentation using UPS proprietary systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues proactively while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Customs discrepancy management and resolution.
• Load quality inspections and compliance checks.
• Ground feeder dispatch coordination and monitoring.
• Real-time operational decision-making to support network performance and service commitments.

Working Schedule

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern with bi-weekly AM/PM rotation:

AM Shift: Approximately 04:30 - 08:30

PM Shift: Approximately 18:30 - 22:30
