Joinimagine is seeking an Air Freight Operations professional to advance import and export activities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strict regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with network offices, work on CW1 tooling, and strive for profitability through precise execution.

Responsibilities include end-to-end shipment handling, capacity procurement, invoicing and cost booking, and proactive issue resolution with a customer‑centric mindset.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transport, airline, or BPO industry for Executive/Sr. Executive.
• 3-4 years of experience in the logistics, transport, airline, or BPO industry for AM/DM.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Email writing and verbal communication with internal and external coordination.
• Efficiently manage tasks to meet deadlines and priorities.

• Enhance operational processes to foster consistent volume growth.
• Spearhead initiatives for maximizing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with network offices to ensure optimal capacity procurement and utilization.
• Manage Delivery Order issuance and oversee Shipment Execution, including invoicing and cost booking.
