La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con team di comunicazione regionali e internazionali per potenziare l’engagement di dipendenti e clienti, sviluppando contenuti multicanale e gestendo l’immagine aziendale

Competenze

• Laurea in Comunicazione, Marketing, Giornalismo o settore correlato.
• Esperienza in iniziative di comunicazione multi-mercato o cross-regionale.
• Ottima capacità di copywriting e redazione.

CEVA Logistics is looking for a Communications Specialist to join its Communications & Marketing team in Italy on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

In this highly visible role, you will lead the local communications agenda across CEVA’s business lines in Italy and contribute to strategic communications initiatives at European level.

You will work closely with country leadership, regional communications teams and key business stakeholders to strengthen CEVA’s reputation, increase brand visibility and support employee and customer engagement.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the communications plan for Italy, aligned with global brand guidelines and regional business priorities
• Act as a trusted communications advisor to country and regional leadership
• Contribute to pan-European campaigns, projects and working groups
• Develop high-quality content, including press releases, articles, newsletters, speeches, briefing notes and social media content
• Manage media relations with trade and business publications
• Coordinate interviews, corporate announcements, executive messaging and thought-leadership content
• Lead internal communications initiatives, employee campaigns, leadership messages and internal events
• Manage CEVA’s presence at relevant industry events and trade shows
• Ensure consistent application of CEVA’s brand identity across channels and locations
• Manage the regional LinkedIn presence and collaborate with global digital teams
• Coordinate agencies, freelancers, creative partners and communications budgets

What we are looking for

• Experience in B2B communications
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
• Proven experience managing multi-market or cross-regional communications initiatives
• Strong experience working with and presenting to senior leadership teams
• Excellent copywriting and editorial skills
• Native or bilingual Italian and fluent English both spoken and written
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or industrial services is strongly preferred
• Confidence using digital marketing and content-production tools
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational and influencing skills
• Ability to work autonomously in an international matrix organisation

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): Starting from €32,000

The final salary will be determined based on several factors, including education, professional experience, knowledge, skills and geographical location.
