Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Voice) to design, build, and deploy AI-powered voice experiences for enterprise customers using Agentforce Voice and Service Cloud Voice. You will own the full delivery cycle from discovery to go-live, ensuring latency, call flow, multilingual performance, and escalation handling meet high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system you’d be proud to walk us through.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and willing to add others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations; production deployments.
• Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems within AI platform.
• Own end-to-end architecture, deployment, monitoring, and KPI reporting for deployments.
