Alpitronic, headquartered in Bolzano, seeks an AI Transformation Manager to shape the AI agenda, govern AI usage, and drive a prioritized portfolio across the IT roadmap. You will mentor teams, document decision rules, and chair the AI community to turn experience into practices.

You will lead governance design, enable low‑risk fast decisions, and drive literacy across the enterprise. Multilingual communication is essential.

Competenze

• Master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, business informatics or a comparable field.
• Several years in IT/digitalization or process/technology projects with AI/machine-learning experience.
• Broad AI knowledge across domains and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing governance, policies or frameworks; awareness of EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 is a plus.
• Strong business process understanding and judgment on where technology adds value.
• Excellent English, German or Italian communication skills.

• Assess processes to identify AI delivery opportunities and measurable improvements.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and market developments with concrete recommendations.
• Qualify AI use cases on value, feasibility, data availability and effort.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept to production with documentation and ownership.
• Align AI portfolio with IT roadmaps and present for Digital Steering Committee approval.
• Translate governance framework into practical rules and instructions.
• Foster AI literacy and lead change and upskilling aligned with EU AI Act obligations.
