Allianz BMP Finance is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a strategic transformation initiative to modernize financial platforms across the Group. You will help design and deliver AI-powered platforms that scale, secure, and deliver measurable business value.

As part of a highly collaborative team, you will work with architects, product owners, and business experts to translate complex requirements into specs and production-ready solutions, leveraging Spec-Driven Development and AI agents.

Competenze

• 5+ years of software development experience with AI-enabled projects.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings.
• Strong English communication.
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven / Contract-First Development.
• Cloud and containerization expertise.

Mansioni

• Co-lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions and write precise specifications.
• Build backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces driven by specs.
• Iterate with AI agents to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in code/spec reviews and testing.
