EY is seeking a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to shape how Talent technology and AI enhance employee experience across a global organisation. The role connects AI initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions, driving a joined-up employee experience and strategic investments.

You will partner with stakeholders to prioritise work, translate business needs into product requirements, and lead governance and adoption across Talent products.
