LuxExperience is seeking an AI Studio Operations Specialist in Milan to support Studio Production LuxE. The role involves developing AI-driven workflows, optimizing cross-functional processes between NAP/MRP and Mytheresa studios, and partnering with creative teams to meet luxury brand standards.

The position is hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in studio operations, strong prompt engineering skills, and a passion for luxury fashion.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in studio operations, creative production, or process management.
• Practical experience with Generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Process-driven problem solver with a track record of auditing and automating workflows.
• Highly organized and adaptable to balance two studio spaces (NAP/MRP and Mytheresa).
• Collaborative and empathetic team player across departments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Deep passion for luxury fashion and visual content with interest in technology.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.

To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated AI Studio Operations Specialist

Location: Our Office in Milan

Department: Studio Production LuxE

Working Model: 4 days office/1 day home office

Contract Type: Fixed Term (1 year)

Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

• Develop and refine AI solutions: independently build, test, and implement AI-assisted workflows for Studio functions, testing new generative models and optimizing them based on user feedback.
• Audit and optimize: map and optimize cross-functional processes across our NAP/MRP and Mytheresa studios, automating tasks to drive overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative teams: act as a trusted partner to the studio teams (e.g. Still Life, Styling, Editorial…) translating their creative requirements into practical tech solutions while protecting the highest luxury brand standards.
• Drive innovation: identify new opportunities to improve operational processes, explore emerging technologies, prototype solutions, and stay informed on industry trends.
• Establish governance: create prompt libraries, build workflow guides, contribute to AI governance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the studios.

The type of person we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in studio operations, creative production, or process management, preferably within an international luxury or premium environment.
• Practical experience with Generative AI tools and proven prompt engineering skills tailored to creative processes.
• Process-driven problem solver with a track record of auditing and automating workflows to make daily operations smoother for the wider team.
• Highly organized and adaptable, capable of seamlessly balancing the distinct operational needs of two studio spaces (NAP/MRP and Mytheresa).
• Collaborative and empathetic team player who excels at partnering with multiple departments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structured, practical solutions to creative environments.
• Deep passion for luxury fashion and visual content, with an active interest in the evolving landscape of technology.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.

Starting annual gross base salary: €27.000. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
