Job summary

LuxExperience is hiring a Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management for Mytheresa in Milan. You will support the global Talents Team, build long-term relationships with agencies, influencers, stylists, and photographers, and develop strategic talent proposals for high-profile brand partnerships.

You will own talent projects from outreach to execution, coordinate events and guest lists, and collaborate with Social Media, PR, and Events teams across markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury fashion, talent relations, influencer marketing, or PR.
• Strong existing network with talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers.
• Passion for luxury fashion and social media landscape.
• Ability to manage projects and relationships from concept to execution.
• Organized and collaborative, able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global Talents Team in developing talent strategies across womenswear, menswear, kidswear, life and fine jewelry.
• Build and independently manage and nurture strong relationships with talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, managers, and other key partners.
• Develop strategic talent proposals and recommendations for brand partnerships, campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Take ownership of talent projects from outreach through execution, with attention to detail.
• Support and lead talent-related events and activations, including guest list strategy and management.
• Coordinate between talent representatives, external brand partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare and present regular reporting on talent activities, partnerships, performance, and market developments.
