PR Industrial S.r.l. is seeking an AI Specialist to support the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions aimed at improving business processes, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include evaluating emerging AI technologies, developing AI-powered applications, and training users on AI tools.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience in AI solutions. Proficiency in generative AI platforms and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

Job Overview

The AI Specialist will support the design, implementation, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization, with a particular focus on improving business processes, marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the company AI roadmap defined by the AI Leader.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to business challenges.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and vendors.
• Contribute to AI governance, best practices, and standards.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and automations.
• Build and optimize Generative AI use cases using LLMs (e.g., Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Anthropic).
• Develop AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automations.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems (ERP, CRM, marketing platforms, knowledge bases).
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper data availability and quality.
• Support data preparation, model fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering activities.
• Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance requirements.
• Support Sales and Customer Service AI initiatives.
• Train business users on AI tools and best practices.
• Promote AI adoption across departments through workshops, demonstrations, and internal evangelism.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides.
• Act as an internal AI evangelist and change‑management champion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in AI solutions, data analytics, automation, digital transformation, or marketing technology.
• Proficiency in generative AI platforms and LLMs.
• Experience in prompt engineering, Python, SQL, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform / Power Automate, Cloud AI platforms, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot), marketing automation platforms, and customer journey analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and knowledge‑management systems.
• Understanding of MLOps concepts.
• AI certifications (Microsoft AI Engineer, Salesforce Agentforce, Google AI, OpenAI, etc.) are a plus.
