N-iX is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and operate production-ready AI solutions for IT Operations, IS Operations, and Governance. You will work with the AI Enablement Lead to turn prioritized use cases into secure, maintainable AI capabilities.

Responsibilities include deploying AI agents, implementing retrieval-augmented generation, and integrating with enterprise platforms. The role emphasizes security, scalability, and measurable productivity improvements.

Competenze

Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in productive environments.
Strong knowledge of AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and prompt engineering.
Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable platforms.
Strong development skills in Python and experience with REST APIs.
Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
Knowledge of workflow and automation platforms.
Experience with GitHub, testing, monitoring, and technical documentation.
Good understanding of AI security, access management, logging and lifecycle management.

Mansioni

Design, build and deploy AI agents and AI-enabled solutions.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt workflows and process automations.
Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, knowledge sources and enterprise platforms.
Develop reusable technical components, integration patterns and implementation standards.
Work closely with operational experts to turn use cases into production-ready solutions.
Ensure that solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable and aligned with the wider client's AI technology stack.
Monitor, support, and continuously improve productive AI solutions.
Instrument solutions to measure the productivity improvements achieved.
