You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to translate user needs into product specs, analyze market trends, and evaluate AI platforms for integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/business required.
• 3+ years in product management/marketing in AI or tech.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and data analytics.
• Experience with Agile product development lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work across departments and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Jira/Trello and data viz tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and design to define product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions.
• Translate customer needs into product specs and feature requirements.
• Conduct market analysis to identify AI trends, competition, and pain points.
• Evaluate AI platforms to identify integration opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and marketing, sales, and support.
• Communicate updates and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Oversee testing phases, gather feedback, ensure performance aligns with expectations.
• Analyze usage data to inform decisions and optimize features.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for teams and customers.
• Provide ongoing support for AI functionalities and stay current with industry trends.
• Gather user feedback post-launch to drive improvements.
