Job summary

Bending Spoons seeks a highly capable privacy lawyer to embed privacy-by-design in our products and oversee regulatory compliance across global markets.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal, shaping features and processes while coordinating with external advisors. The role requires a law degree, strong English, and experience with DPAs, DPIAs, and privacy policies. Milan-based with potential remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• A law degree and practicing experience relevant to privacy or regulatory work.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with privacy regulations and technical product interactions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design principles and translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Identify privacy risks and opportunities early and shape compliant features, workflows, and processes.
• Manage privacy-related legal work, including drafting and reviewing DPAs, privacy policies, LIAs, and DPIAs with AI tools guidance.
• Conduct privacy audits and coordinate with external advisors to align with business and technical teams.
• Stay ahead of privacy developments and provide guidance to support compliance and decision-making.
