Job summary

Opella Healthcare Italy S.R.L. is seeking a curious and analytical Supply Chain & AI Intern to join our team in Milan.

You will explore how AI, data, and automation can simplify and improve end-to-end supply chain processes, collaborating with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights. You will learn to develop AI use cases using Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel, while contributing to digital transformation across planning, logistics and distribution.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed degree in a relevant field.
Strong analytical mindset and data skills.
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI/Power Automate or Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify repetitive or manual Supply Chain activities that could be automated.
Develop and test AI use cases using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.
Measure impact of AI initiatives in time saved and process improvements.
Analyze operational data across service level, inventory, forecast accuracy, distribution and logistics.
Support performance reviews by preparing analyses, dashboards and insights.
Map processes and support continuous improvement across Planning, Logistics and Distribution.
