Loonar is the AI platform for technical commercial teams in industrial companies. This role sits at the intersection of product management, software engineering, and customer work.

One goal: understand what the customer needs, prototype it fast, iterate with them directly, and only bring it to the engineering team once it's proven worth building properly. You will move from client calls to working prototypes the same day.

Competenze

• Italian and English. Around 40% of our customers are Italian and the rest are spread across Northern Europe.
• You can build and deploy a working prototype on your own. Stack is up to you. What matters is that you can ship something real, fast, without hand-holding.
• You think from first principles. When a customer tells you what they want, you ask why until you understand what they actually need.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations: you can run a call, ask the right questions, and read the room.

Mansioni

• You own the customer feedback loop, listening to customers and iterating quickly.
• You prototype rough solutions and validate them directly with clients the same day.
• You determine what is worth building and prove it before involving the engineering team.
