Loonar is the AI platform for technical commercial teams in industrial companies. This role sits at the intersection of product management, software engineering, and customer work.

One goal: understand what the customer needs, prototype it fast, iterate with them directly, and only bring it to the engineering team once it's proven worth building properly. You will move from client calls to working prototypes the same day.

Competenze

• Italian and English. Around 40% of our customers are Italian and the rest are spread across Northern Europe.
• You can build and deploy a working prototype on your own. Stack is up to you. What matters is that you can ship something real, fast, without hand-holding.
• You think from first principles. When a customer tells you what they want, you ask why until you understand what they actually need.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations: you can run a call, ask the right questions, and read the room.

• 21 B2B mid-market industrial manufacturers are already customers, 4 of them part of very large multinational industrial groups
• Fully bootstrapped and financed by revenue and cash flow

Who we are looking for

This role sits at the intersection of product management, software engineering, and customer work.

One goal: understand what the customer needs, prototype it fast, iterate with them directly, and only bring it to the engineering team once it's proven worth building properly.

Right now, one of our founders does this on every client call. It's the most valuable feedback loop we have and it doesn't scale.

You come in and own it. You listen to customers, you think from first principles about what they're actually asking for, you go build a rough version, and you put it in front of them quickly. You don't wait for a perfect spec. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You figure out what's worth building and you prove it.

We're looking for someone technical, and AI-fluent who's equally comfortable in a customer conversation and in a code editor. Quick on their feet, at ease with ambiguity, and able to move from a client call to a working prototype the same day.

Loonar is the AI platform for technical commercial teams in industrial companies.

Our customers are industrial manufacturers that sell components (valves, pumps, HVAC systems, transformers) for critical industrial infrastructure (energy plants, nuclear facilities, data centers).

At its core, Loonar helps our customers answer three questions:

• What does my customer want?
• What can I offer to them?
• What can I not offer to them?

They're already using Loonar daily to process critical requests for quotation on large, multi-million euro projects. Loonar is a platform that needs to be customized with tailored context and prompt engineering to match the needs of each customer.
