Mentor Talent Acquisition in Europe is seeking engineers to join an AI-first finance platform. You will connect backend and data infrastructure with LLM-powered features, agents and self-service capabilities.

You will collaborate across Backend, Data and AI Product Engineering to expose data and business logic via reliable APIs and scalable workflows, with hybrid work and quarterly Vienna office weeks.

Competenze

• Proven experience building and operating production software.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design and software architecture.
• Solid SQL and AWS experience with modern CI/CD practices.
• Ability to own features end-to-end across backend, data and AI components.
