TextYess, an AI-first CRM, is hiring an engineer to build the agent runtime and production components from day one. You will work on grounding, exact-match vs semantic ranking, multilingual quality, latency, and evals to ensure high production quality for proactive AI agents.

You’ll join a lean, international team that ships fast and scales with what you prove you can do, owning significant outcomes and impacting customer conversations at scale.

Competenze

• 2+ years shipping software professionally.
• Experience with LLM features used by real users.
• Ability to read traces and diagnose production issues.

• Grounding: fix retrieval and prompts to align stock data.
• Exact match vs semantic: combine ranking for SKUs and variants.
