DNV, a global leader in assurance and risk management, is seeking an AI Engineer focused on agent-based systems to advance Horizon, our cloud platform for renewable energy asset monitoring, analytics, optimization, and decision support.

You will design and implement production-grade AI agents, integrate them with diverse data sources, and collaborate with domain experts to deliver tangible operational value at scale.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI assistants in production.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Strong Python software engineering skills for production-grade applications.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Mansioni

• Design scalable architecture for role-based AI agents across assets, ownership, O&M, and trading workflows.
• Define agent responsibilities, tools, interaction patterns, and hand-offs between specialized agents.
• Integrate agents with Horizon data sources: time-series, alarms, events, metadata, analyses, forecasts, and docs.
• Build evaluation datasets and ensure quality, groundedness, safety, and reliability.
• Establish observability and traceability of agent execution including prompts, context, tool calls, and decisions.
• Deploy and operate AI services in production with software/platform engineers.
• Collaborate with renewable energy domain experts to ensure meaningful outputs for decision-making.
