Job summary

RedCarbon, a cybersecurity company building AI-focused SOC analysis tools, is seeking engineers to ship production Python and TypeScript systems for LLM-based workflows.

This is a permanent, fully remote role in Italy, with a MacBook Pro and a growth budget provided.

You must live in Italy, speak fluent Italian and good English, and have experience writing evals for AI/LLM deployments. Calls are usually in Italian.

What you need

Python and TypeScript in production, LLM-based systems real users depend on (not just demos), and experience writing evals.

You must live in Italy and speak fluent Italian (and good English). We only hire in Italy, and our calls are usually in Italian.

What we offer
