Realty Growth, Inc. seeks an Agentic Software Engineer to contribute to the IIAB software ecosystem.

You will participate in end-to-end lifecycle activities for User Stories, from analysis through coding and validation, using AI tools to boost speed while ensuring quality. The role emphasizes solid Java/backend development, a structured approach, and the ability to review AI outputs, maintain quality gates and collaborate with analysts, product owners and AI specialists in a real enterprise

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in enterprise Java/backend software development.
• Experience delivering and supporting complex applications in structured environments.
• Experience turning functional requirements into technical analyses, code and testable solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods, code-review practices, quality gates and structured release processes.
• Practical use of AI coding assistants with ability to explain verification.
• Insurance-domain experience is a strong advantage across policy administration, claims, product configuration, billing or system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Use agentic development framework across functional review, technical analysis, test design, mocks and guardrails, coding, unit testing, release and system testing.
• Interpret requirements and User Stories into robust analyses and solutions aligned with architecture and standards.
• Develop and maintain enterprise Java/backend components, APIs and integrations.
• Use AI tools to support analysis, coding, testing and defect investigation.
• Critically review AI-generated outputs for errors, inconsistencies and guideline deviations.
• Own quality gates and ensure delivery controls are completed without shortcuts.
• Investigate defects and anomalies across code, configuration, or context.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Leaders, Product Owners, senior developers and AI teams.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and standardized prompts and patterns.
