Job summary

Amazon Italia Services Srl is seeking a Governance and Risk Manager to bolster the 2LOD program, focusing on EU DSA compliance, risk register rollout, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Public Policy, Brand Registry, Ads, and product teams.

You will develop risk identification, assessment, and mitigation frameworks, monitor key risk indicators, and champion AI-enabled solutions to streamline risk management across EU and worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in compliance, audit or risk management.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders without direct reporting lines.
• Experience handling confidential information and working in a matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of 2LOD risk identification, assessment and management frameworks.
• Drive creation and rollout of AI-enabled risk register and oversight across EU and worldwide.
• Partner with Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to maintain compliance policies and control frameworks.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators and report to leadership, including the Board.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for multiple teams.
