Tenova is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to join the ICT Team and contribute to AI initiatives. You will work in a multicultural environment, driving data-driven decisions and predictive analytics across the business.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders, prototype AI/ML models, and deliver interactive dashboards using Power BI while ensuring data governance and security. This role offers hybrid work and a chance to impact global operations.

Competenze

• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL, reporting).
• Strong understanding of data analytics architectures with interest in AI/ML.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strategic mindset to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with leaders to define the AI data analytics strategy for decision support and predictive capabilities.
• Evaluate and contribute to the selection and implementation of an AI-powered analytics platform aligned with Tenova's goals.
• Prototype AI/ML models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Support transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) ensuring data access and quality while enabling new platforms.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar) for stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across analytics and AI initiatives.
