Tenova is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to join the ICT Team and contribute to AI initiatives. You will work in a multicultural environment, driving data-driven decisions and predictive analytics across the business.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders, prototype AI/ML models, and deliver interactive dashboards using Power BI while ensuring data governance and security. This role offers hybrid work and a chance to impact global operations.

Competenze

• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL, reporting).
• Strong understanding of data analytics architectures with interest in AI/ML.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strategic mindset to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English.

For the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € 40.000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process.
