Description

We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our ICT Team and contribute to our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define the AI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities.
• Evaluate and contribute to the selection and implementation of the AI‑powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova’s strategic goals.
• Explore and prototype AI/ML models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Support the transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Data Analytics Specialist.
• Solid experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL, reporting).
• Strong understanding of data analytics architectures, with interest or experience in AI/ML applications.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English.
