EssilorLuxottica is seeking an intern to join the Digital Reshaping Team within Luxottica Marketing Operations, driving large, strategic digital transformation programs. You will explore emerging technologies and focus on AI, translating business needs into practical initiatives.

Working alongside Product Managers, you will gain hands-on experience in innovation scouting, business analysis, and project coordination, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in AI, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Identify business needs and translate into AI use cases.
• Explore and test Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Assist Project Managers with plans, timelines and updates.
• Track actions, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Conduct market research on AI trends and digital solutions.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with business teams and technology partners.
