ReVersal SIM S.p.A. in Milano is seeking an AI Developer intern to join the Operations Team and help design AI-driven solutions and automate business processes.

You will work with multiple functions, map existing workflows, and contribute to tools used daily by internal teams. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/AI, has Python experience, basic ML knowledge, good Excel skills, and fluent Italian with professional English.

• Good knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries.

ReVersal SIM S.p.A., an independent investment firm and part of the TXT Group, is looking for an AI Developer to join the Operations Team and support the development of Artificial Intelligence solutions and business process automation initiatives.

The selected candidate will collaborate with different business functions to design and develop AI‑driven solutions and digital tools that streamline operational activities and improve process efficiency.

This position offers direct involvement in the company's day‑to‑day operations, from mapping existing processes to designing and developing tools that are used daily by internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyze internal processes across different business areas
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through AI and digital solutions
• Develop internal tools based on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
• Automate the generation of reports, documents, and recurring operational activitiesSupport data analysis initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Document developed solutions and support their adoption by internal users

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or currently in progress) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Python and familiarity with the main data analysis and manipulation libraries
• Understanding of the fundamentals of Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down operational challenges into manageable solutions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders
• Excellent command of Italian and professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or project experience with frameworks for developing LLM‑based applications
• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
• Basic knowledge of web development or lightweight user interface development for internal tools
• Interest in financial markets, asset management, or wealth management
• Previous experience (internships, thesis projects, or personal projects) in process automation or data analytics
