ReVersal SIM S.p.A., based in Milan, is seeking a Curricular Intern to join its Operations Team. The role involves supporting core operational and regulatory processes with banks, brokers, and tech providers.

Responsibilities cover MAR/order monitoring, transaction reporting, reconciliation, and MiFID II compliance reviews, with mentoring from the Head of Operations. 6-month internship with €400 monthly reimbursement, potential for permanent position.

Competenze

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in Economics, Finance, or related field.

ReVersal SIM S.p.A., based in Milan, is looking for a Curricular Intern to join its Operations Team.

The selected candidate will be involved in the implementation and management of the company's core operational and regulatory processes, working closely with internal functions, banks, brokers, counterparties, and technology providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Team in implementing the operational processes related to the Reception and Transmission of Orders (RTO) service;
• Gain hands‑on experience with the controls required under the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and order monitoring activities;
• Assist with Transaction Reporting activities and data quality checks;
• Support the management of operational relationships with banks, brokers, and counterparties;
• Participate in reconciliation and control activities involving positions, transactions, cash movements, and settlements;
• Contribute to the analysis of operational issues and the continuous improvement of processes;
• Support document reviews and compliance activities related to MiFID II requirements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or are close to completing one) in Economics, Finance, Banking & Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field;
• A strong interest in financial markets and the operational framework of financial intermediaries;
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy;
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
• Good command of the English language.

Knowledge of Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) or Transaction Reporting processes will be considered a plus.

The ideal candidate is also a team player, comfortable interacting with different stakeholders, and possesses strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
