Reply Italy is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end AI and GenAI project delivery for enterprise clients, from presales to go-live. You will coordinate AI/ML teams and act as the reference point for sponsors and stakeholders, governing timelines, costs and quality.

The role requires 5–8 years of complex IT project experience, a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/Data Science, strong cloud-native and AI lifecycle knowledge, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent disciplines.
• 5-8 years of experience on complex IT projects, with Delivery/Project Manager background, preferably on AI/ML or Data initiatives.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and of the AI/GenAI solution lifecycle (data, training/fine-tuning, deployment, MLOps).
• Good command of written and spoken English.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND

• Core activities. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI projects for enterprise clients, from presales to go-live. You will turn business needs into concrete AI solutions, coordinate the technical team and act as the reference point for stakeholders and sponsors, governing timelines, costs, quality and the value delivered.
• Tech & tools stack. AWS AI/ML stack (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, foundation models and Generative AI), MLOps and CI/CD, Python, cloud-native architectures and microservices, project management tools (Jira, GANTT), AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Team work. You will work alongside AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists and Cloud Architects, and with the IT and business referents of enterprise clients (industry, finance, telco, public sector), bridging the delivery team and the customer while driving the growth of the group.

WHAT WE NEED

• Academic background.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent disciplines.
• Technical & strategic skills.5-8 years of experience on complex IT projects, with prior experience as a Delivery/Project Manager, preferably on AI/ML or Data initiatives. Understanding of cloud-native architectures and of the AI/GenAI solution lifecycle (data, training/fine-tuning, deployment, MLOps). Ability to draft project plans and to manage delivery teams. Good command of written and spoken English.
• Soft skills. Leadership and the ability to guide a team, customer orientation, excellent communication skills and empathy, problem solving, proactivity and a natural fit for dynamic and highly innovative environments.
• Nice to have. AWS certifications (Machine Learning Engineer, Solutions Architect, Generative AI Developer), experience in consulting and system integration contexts, knowledge of FinOps and AI cost governance, exposure to Generative AI projects in production.

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The job classification will be assessed starting from level B3, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €45,000 to €85,000.
